When you join the Abbotsford Police Foundation (APF), you become more than just a volunteer, you become a Member and an Ambassador for the APF mission.

Our Members are dedicated individuals who represent the APF in the community, stewarding their role with care and pride. They serve in a variety of ways such as event volunteers, committee members, Directors, and Chairs or behind the scences, each contributing to the Foundation’s impact and connection with our community.

As an APF Ambassador, you:

Represent and promote the APF’s values in the community
Support AbbyPD initiatives, programs, and events
Help strengthen the relationship between the Abbotsford Police Department and our community

Your application will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.
A Police Information Check may be required before final approval.

Once approved, you’ll be part of a team making a real difference in Abbotsford, one connection at a time.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

I hereby apply to become a member of the Abbotsford Police Foundation. As a member, I will be permitted to attend and vote at Annual General Meetings and other general meetings of members for the purpose of voting for the Board of Directors, receiving update on the progress of fundraising and distribution of funds and conducting other business of the members.

I understand that membership will be accepted at the discretion of the Board of Directors, in consultation with the Chief Constable of the Abbotsford Police Department and that the Board of Directors may set a term for the period of my membership, if accepted. If accepted for membership, I can resign at any time by delivering a written notice to the Secretary of the Foundation. Notices from the Foundation can be made to the address and/or email address below, unless I provide another address in the future.

I also understand that this application may require a Criminal Record check being performed and I consent to the Chief Constable or his designate performing a Criminal Record check for this purpose.
